Upon booking a service at The Lanham Art Collective you will be required to provide a date for the service as well as a deposit: Commissions or full fee up front: Pottery painting, private pottery class and pottery guest experience. This is to allow for purchase of materials and time to make the piece.

Commissions

When booking a commission piece with The Lanham Art Collective, you are booking the artists style. You accept that you will have some creative input but overall are wanting the artists services. Are fully aware that they're not capable of 'copying' or 'matching' another artists style.

Prior to booking a commission you will receive a quote for your desired piece. Within the quote a variable shipping price will be included as shipping cost of art will be unknown until the commissioned piece is finished.

Pottery Misshaps

Upon purchasing a pottery ticket or private lesson you are aware that ceramics carry an unknown to how the final product may turn out. You are aware that it may break in it's final firing or the colours may vary from what you had envisioned. If breakage occurs you will have a choice of a new piece to paint or an already complete The Lanham Art Collectives work.

You accept that The Lanham Art Collective cannot control the kiln environment or how a piece is finished and that it is a part of the pottery journey.
